I found out that the best temp & time for catfish fillets is 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, skin side down, no flipping. I used ANDY's Fish Breading mixed with CHICKEN CRACK Lemon Seasoning. My fish was well seasoned with a twang of lemon and crispy. Thanks for watching and please thumbs UP!
