Copycat Chipotle Steak Burrito BowlsWW Meal Prep Weight Watchers / With Points Calories & Macros. These burrito bows are one of my favorite WW lunch prep ideas that I have been making lately. They are a homemade copycat of Chipotle's burrito bowls with steak! These bowls include copycat versions of Chipotles steak, cilantro lime "rice", and fajita veggies. I also show what I top them with, copycat versions of Chipotle's Pico de Gallo and Guacamole . All of this comes together in one delicious bowl that tastes better than the restaurant for a lot cheaper and lower in WW points and calories!

Ingredients for the steak:
16 oz Uncooked lean and trimmed beef flank steak
1 Tbsp Adobo sauce
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Dried oregano
1⁄4 tsp Black pepper
Mix all ingredients together, besides the steak, in a small bowl. Brush the steak with the prepared marinade on both sides. Cover the steak and let marinate in the refrigerator for 13 hours, overnight is best! Cook steak until it reaches your desired doneness. Let rest for about 10 minutes then cut into pieces.

Fajita Veggies Ingredients:
1 large Red onion, sliced
2 large Green bell peppers, sliced
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Dried oregano
Heat the oil in a large pan on mediumhigh heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, and saute for 710 minutes, or until the veggies have softened and are starting to caramelize.
