Pontifex Zenestra is the lynchpin of the Cities of Sigmar. She's so bonkers and effective at buffing your army that I would expect a points bump becuase this model is an auto take right now for me. She's also a fabulous little centrepiece for any Cities of Sigmar collection and a really fun little project to build up and paint for the painters out there!
