This latest construction update flyover video shows the progress of City Center Utilities Relocation work along the project alignment near the future Kahauiki (Middle Street Transit Center) Station to Kūwili (Iwilei) Station. This work will clear the way for the construction of the columns, guideway, and stations in Segment 3.

HART’s contractor Nan Inc. is currently working in the KalihiPalama area, along Kamehameha Highway and Dilingham Boulevard between Middle Street and Kaaahi Street. The completion of the Dillingham utilities relocation work is expected in the first quarter of 2026.
