Addressing a rally in Koderma, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that CongressJMMLeft government used 'Mineral Funds' to fill their coffers. He said that to stop this we created the 'District Mineral Fund' that earmarked funds for the development of the District. Through this Jharkhand has received more than Rs. 12,000 crores with Giridih receiving Rs. 60 crores.
