Quello sullo stretto di Messina, con una campata lunga 3.300 metri circa, sarà il ponte sospeso più lungo al mondo. In questo video realizzato da Geopop il ponte è stato ricostruito in 3D usando i progetti originali, per spiegare di cosa si tratta nel concreto.

Il 29 luglio 2011 la Società concessionaria Stretto di Messina ha approvato il progetto definitivo del ponte: attraverso immagini 3D inedite l’infrastruttura viene ora mostrata dal punto di vista strutturale, con un racconto delle fasi di costruzione previste dal momento dell’approvazione del progetto esecutivo, oggi ancora in corso.

The Strait of Messina Bridge, with a span measuring 3,300 metres, approximately, will be the world’s longest suspended bridge. This video, made by Geopop, shows in a 3D reconstruction the original projects, so that you can understand what it is.

In July 29, 2011, the “Società concessionaria Stretto di Messina” approved the final project: with 3D images never seen before the infrastructure is now shown from a structural point of view, with a story that tells you about the construction phases from when the executive project was approved, and which are still ongoing today.
