COLLARD GREENS WITH HAM HOCK | SOUL FOOD
Cook time 2 hours

WHAT YOU NEED

Collared greens cut (I used 4 bunches)
1 Red onion
minced garlic ( 45 cloves)
bacon chopped ( issued 5 slices of thick cut)
Ham hocks ( I used two large)
2 32oz of chicken broth
1 Tablespoon of oregano
1 Tablespoon of Onion powder
Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of Garlic powder
1 Tablespoon of red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of hot sauce ( I used Texaspete)
salt to taste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
