Yes!!!!!! I go to Alabama every year. Everybody both white and black can throw down in the kitchen down south PERIOD. Even the Chinese food buffets that aren't corporate down south have that zest of the south to it. It's true!! I looove my southern roots all four of my grandparents were southern.

Lol I'm from Tennessee & southern food & soul food are completely different! "Southern" food looks like soul food until you smell it/taste it. No seasoning. Yuck!! Lol yes that was a #BlackAssMoment & no you ain't gotta feel offended by it. It is what it is.
