For making 4 bowls of cold noodles
Oil: 3 tablespoons
Sichuan peppercorns: 2 teaspoons

Garlic: 4 cloves, chopped
Hot water
Regular soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
Chinese vinegar: 1 tablespoon
sugar: 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Salted: peanuts: 1/2 cup
Peanut butter: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1/8 teaspoon
Water: about 1/2 cup, add 2 tablespoons at a time
Noodles: 1 package
Cucumber, green onion, cilantro, and hard boil eggs.
