Ok, so how often do you see a lead as a potential opportunity to solve someone's problem?

Right...If you're used to the traditional type of selling, you'd see your leads as 'sales that need to be closed'.

But how do you know that these prospects really need your help in the first place?

This is especially important if you're selling a high ticket service. You can't just push your offer in their face before analysing their problem!

That's why, I am advising you to first, analyse their problem! Don't jump on them with the pitch, because they might as well ask you to 'email them more details'. And 9 times out of 10, that's a subtle NO.
