I have been procrastinating on cleaning my room and today I had the energy to clean my room but I'm EXHAUSTED now. It's the first time I've been able to muster up enough physical and mental energy to clean my room since I got discharged from the psychiatric facility. The simplest tasks have been so daunting but I'm super proud of myself for being able to do this. It may seem small or insignificant to most but when you are living with depression/bipolar/bpd it is things like this that make me feel a bit hopeful.
