CLASSIC HOMEMADE MEATLOAF JUICY AND DELICIOUS

MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices of bread
• 1 cup of whole milk
• 1/2 cup of chopped up belle peppers
• 2 tablespoons freshly mined onions and garlic
• 1 teaspoon adobo
• 1 tablespoons of better than bouillon
• 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
• 1/4 teaspoons of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of slap ya mama
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
• 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 2 large eggs
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground pork or (just use 1 lbs total ground turkey)

MEATLOAF GLAZE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon of sweet baby ray’s honey BBQ
3 tablespoons of ketchup 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoons of yellow mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, stir together breadcrumbs and milk; let stand to absorb. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well to combine.

Add meat to the loaf pan, gently press meat down and shape evenly and bake meatloaf at 350˚F for 60 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the glaze. Spread the glaze over meatloaf then return to oven and bake additional 1520 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160˚F. Rest meatloaf 10 minutes before slicing.
