Chip rushes to leave school for the Razzles’ teddy bears’ picnic when Mrs Whale reminds the Happy Hoppers about their craft homework – to make a homemade musical instrument. Chip and Nico want to play the instruments they make, to entertain the youngest members of Welcome Walk, the Wriggly Gigglers, at the picnic. Arriving at the picnic, Potato wants to play with the Wriggly Gigglers, so Chip begins to make her shaker instrument all by herself! But it’s tricky, so she goes to the Panda house for Nico’s help and finds he needs help too. Instruments complete, the pals return to the picnic, but Potato is missing and the Wriggly Gigglers are crying! Chip finds Potato fast asleep tired from entertaining the Wriggly Gigglers so Chip and Nico take over by playing their music, but it makes the babies cry more. Potato encourages Chip to play calming music and soon the Wriggly Gigglers fall asleep, until Spud arrives home, loudly announcing that he’s ready for School Sleepaway Camp!
