300 ml water or chicken broth
1 tbsp light soy sauce – blanching chicken
½ chicken stock cube if not using chicken broth
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp MSG monosodium glutamate
1 tsp Light Soy sauce
