On July 6, 2021, an investigator posed as a 15yearold girl on an anonymous social media platform and attracted the attention of a 29yearold man. After the man was aware of the girl’s age he continued to pursue contact. He eventually asked for a home address in La Crosse, WI.

Instead of a 15yearold girl, he was greeted by officers and the undercover investigator he was actually messaging with.
