1 Cup Chickpeas (pressure cook 30 mins and slow release)
½ bag of baby spinach
½ bag of Kale
26g Extra virgin Rapeseed oil
1 tennis ball size onion
40g Garlic & Ginger paste
½ Red & Yellow Capsicum Pepper
2 Fresh Vine Tomatoes
Spices:1 tsp
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Paprika
Indian mustard Powder
Cardamom Powder
Rock salt or Kosher salt
½ tst. Kashmir Chilli powder and Turmeric
