Tender chicken breast filled with only prosciutto and smoked provolone cheese and then topped with a lemon, caper and sundried tomato cream sauce.

Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• ¼ ld. of thinly sliced prosciutto
• ½ lb. of smoked provolone
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• ¼ cup of olive oil

Cream Sauce
• 1 Qt of heavy whipping cream
• ¼ lb. of unsalted butter
• 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
• ¼ cup of white wine
• 2 TBSP of capers
• 10 oz. of sundried tomatoes
• 2 TBSP of chopped green onion
• 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees (roast
for 20 minutes)
