This one is a great alternative for your weekend meal and it is quick to do, maybe I would add some spicy sauce to it too, but I have some recipes on my mind and I will share it with you soon.

Chicken Kebab:
●Chicken Breast 2kg
●Onions 500g
●Salt 2.5 teaspoons
●Black Peppers 2 teaspoons
●Chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon
●Bay Leaves 3
●Tandoori Masala 2.5 teaspoons
●Ginger 1.5 teaspoons
●Tomato Purre 3 teaspoons
●Lemon 1
●Garlic half medium bulb
●Mayonnaise 150ml (info bellow)

Mayonnaise:
●Eggs 2
●Mustard 1.5 teaspoon
●Apple vinegar 20ml
●Vegetable Oil 500ml
●Salt
●Black Pepper

For the garlic sauce,please ADD to your Mayonnaise the following
●Black Pepper
●Dill
●Coriander
●Spring Onions
●Gherkins 3 little ones
●Garlic 3 cloves
●Lime half
●Cream Fraiche 3 tablespoons
●Gherkins juices 20ml

Pickled Red Onions
●Extra Virgin Olive Oil
●Salt
●Pepper
●Apple Vinegar
