Simple and easy way to cook CHICKEN ASADO (exact ingredients below)

Chicken Asado is a type of chicken stew tomato – based Filipino dish. Chicken is simmered in tomato paste.

Ingredients:
1 kg of Chicken thigh
2 pcs of Chicken liver
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of tomato paste
1 1/2 tbsp of Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp salt
1 pc potato (optional)
1 pc carrot (optional)
1 pc bell pepper (optional)
5 to 7 pcs of Kalamansi

Ingredients for marinating sauce:
2 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
3 cloves of garlic
3 to 4 pcs of bay leaves
2 pcs of star anis
2 medium onions
4 medium tomatoes
