I wanted to make this video about our power as the authors of our lives. We understand our entire lives as a longrunning "life story" how we write our stories deeply affects our wellbeing and ability to take on adversity. So I laid out a few tips on how to rewrite our stories and learn more about how mindfully engaging with media can help us learn healthier ways to cope with struggle and celebrate our growth!
