On December 30, 2023, he had a seizure that seemed to be caused by epilepsy.
I immediately contacted several veterinary clinics in the city, but they were closed for the New Year holidays, so I was unable to see them. Fortunately, the seizures were not cluster seizures, which occur two or more times within 24 hours, and they did not occur until the day of my appointment.
On 1/4, I contacted the veterinary hospital and made an appointment for an examination on January 7.
On the same day, she went to the veterinary clinic, and when she entered the examination room, a seizure occurred. Miel seemed to have seizures even when her environment changed.
We started with blood tests to determine the cause of the seizure.
