Presenting a real case study that Roll Robotics had the opportunity to work closely with a project designer from MODU System Malaysia to simulate and optimise a robot pick and place process. The simulation was completed for a Food & Beverage plant in South Africa to meet with high volume production capacity.

Visual Components helped MODU make critical decisions for the project layout, process requirements and robot program algorithm in the tender and development stage, saving cost and time with 3D simulation and gaining a better understanding of the overall process with better visualisation. It was proven to be valuable in many ways especially during the travel restriction period in 2020.
