The owners of the Concord Mall in Wilmington are officially shutting down a carnival that had a deadly shooting take place over the weekend. A teenager was shot and killed, and another was injured. This is the second carnival in the region to be shut down for violent attacks. NBC10's Tim Furlong has the details.
