Here's a quick and easy Caprese Salad Napoleon with Avocado recipe that I like to make during the spring and summer it's very fast slice the tomatoes, slice the avocado, scoop on some basil pesto and then drizzle it all with balsamic glaze and olive oil.

If you try it hope you like it avocados are a great substitute for fresh buffalo mozerella if you cannot find it or you don't want to use it.
