White cream, shortening or lard(either one) 80 grams, 3:32
Lowprotein flour 40 grams, 3:47
Icing sugar 40 grams, 3:36
Liquid egg white of one egg, 3:39
Ingredients 3:
Cantaloupe 1000 grams, 1:11
White gourd 400 grams, 1:13
White granular sugar 100 grams, 1:39
Butter 50 grams, 1:50
Starch 20 grams, 2:04
•Preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 170 degrees, bake it for about 12 mins in middle of oven.Then cover it with aluminum foil and continue to bake it for 1215 mins.
