RECIPE:
4 boneless chicken breasts
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
6 oz fresh baby spinach
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
⅔ cup crumbled goat cheese
3 tbsp chopped pecans
DRESSING:
1.5 c raspberries
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
