✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
130 g/ 4.6 ounces sugar (2/3 cup)
130 g/ 4.6 ounces butter (7 tbsp)
200 ml/ 6.8 fluid ounces kefir (1 cup)
240 gr/ 8.5 ounces flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
1.3 tsp soda
150 gr/ 5.3 oz peanuts (3/5 cups)
80 gr/ 2.8 ounces raisins (1/2 cup)
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes
Garnish with powdered sugar.
