INGREDIENTS:

For the cabbage:
Cabbage – 400 gr. (4.5 cups of chopped cabbage)
Champignons – 200 gr. (2 cups of chopped mushrooms)
1 Onion
1 Carrot
1 Sweet Red Pepper
Garlic – 1 clove
Chili – 1/3 pepper
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Tomato Paste – 1 tbsp.
Paprika – 1 tsp.
Garlic Powder – 2 tsp.
Parsley – 1/2 bunch
Red Wine – 100 ml (1/2 cup)
Salt to taste
Pasta Nests – 6 pcs. (Follow package cooking instructions. We cook Pasta Nests for 2 minutes.)
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Olive Oil

Red Sauce Recipe:
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
1 Onion
Tomato paste – 1 tsp.
Red Wine – 100 ml (1/2 cup)
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp.
Paprika – 1 tsp.
Cheese – 70 gr. (3/4 cup)
Salt, Black pepper
Olive oil
