Diet Cabbage Soup! (Lose Ten Pounds in a week! And delicious)

So this is a great way to reset your body and get lots of veggies in while losing or maintaining weight. I like adding Turkey or Chicken to this sometimes to make it more of a healthy balanced meal with protein!

Full Recipe:

1 medium cabbage chopped
1 Cup Carrots chopped
1 Cup Celery chopped
1 Cup Yellow Oinon chopped
1 Large Green Bell Pepper or 2 medium green peppers chopped
2 TBSP minced garlic
48 oz chicken broth
14 oz can diced tomatoes (I used basil, oregano flavor)
1 1/2 Tsp salt
3 shakes ground black pepper
1 Tsp chilli powder
1 Tsp ground oregano
1 Tsp basil leaves
1/2 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 Tsp smoked Paprika
1/4 Tsp turmeric power
