Cabbage casserole lose weight whike lose weight while you eat Enjoy it! Lose Weight while you eat ..and eat a lot.The main dish recommended by dietitians. Cabbage is so healthy and aides in weightloss.

4 Tablespoon oil
1 onion chopped
3 potatoes
4 cups shredded cabbage
2 carrots
3 bell peppers any color
1 tsp crushed red pepper..1 tsp black pepper..1 tsp salt

EGG MIX
3 eggs beat
1 cup milk
1 cup yogurt
4 tablespoon oil
2.5 tablespoon flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp baking powder
chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups grated white cheddar or jack cheese



Directions :
1. Fry 3 chopped potatoes in olive oil, season with salt & pepper.
2. Add 3 cups shredded cabbage to potatoes & put lid on frying pan. Let cabbage cook down for 5 minutes.
3. Add 2 peeled shredded carrots, stir them into the mixture, put lid back on pan for 2 minutes.
4. Add 3 chopped peppers of any colour.
5. Add one chopped purple onion. Mix well, ensuring nothing in the pan sticks to the bottom of it.
6. Add lots of freshly ground pepper.
7. Add one teaspoon of crushed red pepper (I assume a chilli pepper is meant here), stir mixture put lid back on pan for a few minutes.
8. Egg mixture: 3 eggs beaten in separate bowl. add & stir in one cup milk, 1 cup plain yoghurt, one tablespoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon baking
powder, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, salt & pepper to taste.
9. Pour egg mixture into the pan with the fried vegetable mixture. Mix.
10. Oil or butter a pyrex baking dish, add vegetable mixture, top with grated cheese to cover evenly, grate more black pepper on top, then sprinkle with chopped parsley fresh thyme, & 2 bay leaves pressed into the mixture.
12. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
13. Remove from oven & let the dish cool
