The bullmastiff is generally considered a very drooly breed of dog. Although this is true compared to a lot of other breeds I don't believe it is as big of a deal as it is made out to be. A lot of big dog breeds drool in the heat and around mealtime/water. Rottweiler, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Labrador, and many other dog breeds can be prone to drool at these times as well and it isn't considered a big deal. It's not just mastiff breeds.
