It’s finally time to build a proper solid base for our new greenhouse! I’m building this from compacted hardcore with a wet mortar mix for the paving slabs. I’m using a 5:1 mix of sharp sand and cement. Full review of the plate compactor coming soon on my Gosforth Handyman channel. The paving slabs I’m using are 450 x 450mm and this is designed for a 8’ x 10’ greenhouse.
