Building a Modern End Table // Side Table // Plans Available

In this video, I show you how I built TWO Modern End Tables (the Sophia Collection) out of quartersawn white oak, white oak veneer plywood and walnut. These will be used as end tables (or side tables, depending on your preferred nomenclature) in our house, but they would also make great bedside tables. I love the pushtoopen drawers which eliminate the need for drawer pulls and add to the sleek and minimalist modern look. The application of Rubio Monocoat really made the grain on the white oak come to life and I look forward to seeing these every day for many years to come. **See link below for downloadable plans to build your own!
