Perform a SingleArm or Double Kettlebell Complex with 34 exercises for Time OR #Sets:
Clean 2, 1, 1, 1
Press 1, 2, 1, 1
Squat 1, 1, 2, 1
Snatch 1, 1, 1, 2
Alternate sides if necessary. Perform "Fast & Loose" drills between sets.
Keep going for 20, 30 or 40 min.
