What is up you guys! In today's video, I am going to be peeling back the curtain and talking about my 18car carcar sharing fleet, what my fleet makes, the things I've learned, well as any tips and tricks I have. Let's go!

So, let's first go over my fleet, and let's break down how my fleet started, how it grew, how many cars I have today as well as where my fleet is today.

Now, as my fleet has grown, there have, of course, been a lot of changes that have occurred as well. one of the biggest changes has been the types of cars we buy. Earlier in my Turo career, I bought older, cheaper cars, but in recent years I have started to buy a bit nicer cars. Another thing that has changed has been the time commitment. As our fleet has grown, this has required more time for me and HP.

Now, let's talk about what I learned and things I think every Turo host should keep in mind as they grow and scale their Turo fleet. First is your organization; this is important because as you grow, you will have more cars to keep track of, more conversations, more tolls, and overall logistics will become more difficult. Building relationships with local shops and experts is another thing that is incredibly important and will save you time and money. Lastly, is

15:17 Mindset Shift
One thing I have noticed when growing a fleet is that growing from 13 cars isn't much of a shift; in fact, I would argue having 3 cars is in some way easier than having just 1. Growing from 3 to 10 isn't too hard; growing from 1015 creates some system changes and can be a transition, and then once you get past 15 cars, that is when you really start to see your Turo fleet as a business, rather than a side hustle.
