‍ BREAKFAST SAUSAGE PATTIES

1 lb. ground pork
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon fennel
½ teaspoon sage
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ tablespoon maple syrup

Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
