Double Batch Cookie Dough with 4 cups flour. This Bosch is extremely powerful and it would be easy to whip too much air into whatever you’re mixing, so be careful not to run it too long. If you keep the mixer on while adding ingredients, it’s best to have the ingredients measured and ready, because you’ll need to work quickly. One suggestion is to use the pulse function at times to avoid over mixing. With my Kitchen Aid, I have to wait a bit before each egg is incorporated but with this Bosch, there is no waiting, one egg goes in, 3 seconds later I can add the next one. I was very surprised at the speed.
