Easy simple to make agaragar recipe. The flower shape moulds do make this jelly look very dainty and pretty. Recommend to use fresh coconut milk if possible.

Ingredients 材料:
200 ml/grams water, room temperature 200 毫升/克 室温水
40 grams caster sugar 40 克 细砂糖
4 grams agaragar powder 4 克 菜燕粉
2 pandan leaves 2 片 班兰叶
200 ml/grams coconut milk 200 毫升/克 椰奶
1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 茶匙盐

Colouring 颜色:
5 grams dried blue pea flowers 5 克 干蓝豆花
50 ml hot water 50 毫升 开水
