Welcome to #StrayDogCity Houston, Texas. You would not believe a boy dog could drag a girl dog by its penis unless you saw it. Like we did. However, the much more important issue here is the number of homeless, stray, and roaming dogs on the streets of Houston, TX.

WA2S Executive Director Tom McPhee was using the DOGAIDE APP to survey and get help for dogs on the street in the Corridor of Cruelty in NE Houston, trying to understand what it will take to scale up dog welfare for the city, when he came across the many disturbing scenes we see in this video.

Many dogs have homes, and roam the neighborhood freely. Others are truly homeless and have nowhere to go.

Still others are tied up on tooshortheavychains, and some people even let their dogs loose in the back of their pick up trucks on the highway like the genius we saw driving on Texas 290.
