Cabbage with eggs tastes better than pizza! Simple and delicious dinner recipe. Made with simple ingredients including eggs, cabbage, green onions, parsley, red bell pepper, and cheddar cheese, this omelette is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients. Perfect for dinner, this recipe is a great way to enjoy the soft and tender texture of cabbage in a fun and creative way.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Half of a cabbage
Green onions
Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
Oil, for greasing
Red bell pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
2 ounces (60 grams) cheddar cheese

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, black pepper, and salt.
Stir in the finely chopped cabbage, green onions, parsley, and Italian herbs.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it over low heat.
Pour the cabbage and egg mixture into the pan and cook for 5 minutes, covered with a lid.
Flip the omelette to the other side.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard.
Brush the top of the omelette with the mayonnaise mixture.
Sprinkle the finely chopped red bell pepper and grated cheddar cheese on top.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy your "pizzastyle" cabbage omelette!
