Inasal is Filipino style grilled chicken and it is absolutely delicious! The chicken is marinated in calamansi, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic, then grilled over charcoal. You absolutely have to try it if you ever visit Philippines, I promise you it will blow your mind away! Today I’ll be trying out two local recipes for inasal that were so successful they both a spawned a national franchise – Mang Inasal and Chicken AtiAtihan – so you know they’re going to be good! Let’s see which one has the upper hand in this battle of the grilled chicken!
