More than ever, we have a lot of really strong crosstraining shoe options built for CrossFit. Companies like RAD, STR/KE MVMNT, Born Primitive, and even Adidas to name a few are all building shoes that work exceptionally for CrossFit.

These are shoes purposely to tackle the demands of CrossFit WODs. In a CrossFit shoe, you'll want a fairly dense midsole, a full rubber outsole, and a reinforced upper to prolong your shoe's durability.

It's been really cool seeing small(er) companies come up in the CrossFit shoe space and build stellar models.
