I hope you have a truly blessed Beltane. These ideas and rituals are things I enjoy doing, so remember you can customise them in whatever way suits you. Remember: if it feels right for you, the intent will be there. I hope you enjoy!

Anzacs Recipe:
Pre heat oven to 170 Degrees Fan/ 180 Conventional
4oz /110g Salted Butter (or non dairy)
1tbsp Golden Syrup
Cream together in a bowl with a wooden spoon
Mix in
4oz /110g Rolled Oats
4oz /110g Caster Sugar
4oz /110g Desiccated Coconut
½ Tsp Baking powder
4oz /110g Plain Flour
A little milk if necessary ( to be able to mould them together)
Mix mixture together and then shape into 12 balls.
Put half a cherry on top of each (Pressing down) and place in oven for 12 minutes until slightly brown. (Not too brown)
Enjoy Hot or cold!
