“Describe a time when you…?”
“Tell me about a time when you…?”
“Explain a situation when you…?”

HOW TO USE THE STAR TECHNIQUE TO ANSWER BEHAVIORAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
Start off and explain the SITUATION you were in.
Describe the TASK that needed to be done.
Explain in detail the ACTION you took.
Reveal the (positive) RESULTS of your actions.
