Beef and potatoes stew recipe for Instant pot.
Beef with or without bones 400g (1lb);
Potatoes 89;
Carrots 45;
Onion 1/2;
Soy sauce;
Spices.
Cook meat with soy sauce, spices, 3 glasses of water for 40 min, high pressure, NR.
Cut meat, remove bones if needed, add peeled and cut potatoes, onion and carrots.
