Casa Pedregal is a singlefamily house in San Luis Potosi, designed with two platforms on a slope. The concept recovers the idea of a house with a central courtyard, allowing light, ventilation and views of green areas. The house is fluid and luminous, with privacy generated by planters in the courtyard. A doubleheight foyer with a sculptural staircase welcomes visitors. On the intermediate level, the family room and work area combine with public spaces that open to the rear garden through a sliding gate. Internal flows surround the courtyard, offering pleasant views. The material palette includes stucco, travertine marble, gray quarry and purple rosewood.
