This project started as myself wanting to remix one of the Wild Pokémon battle themes from the various games. Eventually, I got an idea from the numerous "Evolution of Pokémon"themed videos: instead of remixing one of the Wild Pokémon battle themes, why not remix all of them? Here's the final result.

Pokémon was a huge part of my childhood. As I mentioned in previous videos, I started with Pokémon Silver (Gen 2), but eventually played other games like Pokémon Red, Ruby, Leaf Green, Diamond and Shield versions (in that order). I had a lot of fun bringing the games to school and trading/battling with friends (mostly in Silver and Diamond), as well as getting to use one of my friends' Action Replay to hack event items to my Diamond copy to get Darkrai/Arceus. Life was so much simpler back then...

I never thought I would finish this project because the idea sounded intimidating (it still does). Trying to figure out 8 songs by ear (while only knowing 4 of them by heart) was no easy task, but I eventually finished it. I had a lot of fun with this project, it brought back a lot of good memories.

Also, it seems like the 25th anniversary of Pokémon is coming up this year, so the timing couldn't have been better :D
