The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released their initial preliminary report on the March 26 collapse of the Key Bridge outside Baltimore in which the Dali cargo containership collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge, causing a massive instant failure and the deaths of multiple workers. A criminal investigation has been opened.
