Materials
1 glass of water (200ml)
1 tea glass of milk (100ml)
Half a tea glass of oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of vinegar (apple or grape vinegar does not matter)
4.55 cups of flour (the cup size I use is 200ml)

To roll out the dough
Wheat or corn starch

for inside
250gr walnuts

For the above
125g butter
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)

For the sherbet
4 glasses of water (cup size is 200ml)
4 cups of sugar (cup size is 200ml)
1 slice of lemon

I took a video while preparing the sherbet, but I forgot to add it to the video, sorry
The preparation is very simple, put water, sugar and lemon juice in a suitable pot and mix it, let it boil over medium heat, after it starts to boil, boil it for 15 minutes, remove it from the stove and let it cool. That's it.
