Materials
1.5 glasses of water
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Half a teaspoon of instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Half a tea glass of oil
4 glasses of flour

To grease the dough
200g butter or margarine

for inside
Cheddar cheese or white cheese

For the above
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of oil
